Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g marzipan – raw mass
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 2 egg whites
- 275 g flour
- 125 g nougat (nut nougat), for the filling
- 50 g dark chocolate coating for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Finely crumble the marzipan and mix well with the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean pulp. Then stir in the egg whites and finally knead in the flour. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then roll out thinly on a floured surface and cut out approximately 80 hearts. Place on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper) and bake in the oven at 175°C (electric oven) for 7 minutes. Melt the nougat and stir until smooth. Place two cooled hearts together with the nougat. Once hardened, decorate with chocolate coating and chocolate decorations.
