Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 g marzipan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Crumble the marzipan. Then put everything in a blender and blend with a hand blender. Tastes delicious with all kinds of fruit salads.
