Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 kg grapes, green, seedless
- 250 g biscuits (amaretti)
- 250 ml white wine
- 500 g mascarpone
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 125 g sugar
- 750 ml whipped cream
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel
- Cocoa powder
Instructions

Wash the grapes, pat dry, and halve them. Arrange 1/4 of the grapes in 1 large or 12 small bowls, layer 1/4 of the amaretti biscuits on top, and drizzle with a little white wine. Mix the mascarpone with yogurt, sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and fold in. Spoon some of the mascarpone cream over the grapes and amaretti, alternating layers of the remaining ingredients as before until all are used up. Finish with the mascarpone cream. Dust with cocoa before serving. It also tastes delicious with a little less cream. If you have any leftover amaretti or grapes, you can use them for decoration.
