Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g strawberries
- Sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar, season with sugar, and fold in the whipped cream. Refrigerate it! Before serving, blend the hulled strawberries into a sauce, adding a little sugar. Divide the mascarpone cream among dessert bowls and top each with a little strawberry sauce.
