Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp, heaped sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 ml juice of your choice
  • n. B. Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, flour, and juice of your choice. Whisk until smooth and a slightly sticky batter forms (if the batter is too runny, thicken with a little flour). Briefly fry the batter, spoonful at a time, in hot oil on both sides and drain on kitchen paper. To serve, place on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Tip: For a more refined twist, you can also use apple juice as the juice, or finely grate an apple and mix in.
