Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 400 g biscuit(s) (egg biscuits)
- 2 cups of cream
- Desiccated coconut
- 3 tsp cocoa powder or cappuccino
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the mascarpone with the cocoa powder. Then spread the mascarpone mixture on one cookie. Place another cookie on top like a lid. Repeat with all the cookies. Soak the cookies in the liquid cream to absorb some of the filling. Finally, roll them in coconut. It’s best to make the cookies the day before you need them. They’ll become nice and soft overnight and taste even better.
