  • Salt (orange salt)

Blend the mascarpone, cream cheese, and sour cream with the orange salt until smooth. Finely dice the dried fruit and stir it into the mixture. Let it stand for about an hour to infuse, then simply enjoy. This cream is perfect as a dip, spread, and barbecue side dish. It’s quick to make when you get a little peckish.
