Salmon fillet with cream cheese and feta topping

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 75 g parsley, frozen
  • 100 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda or mozzarella
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Low-carb

Mix the cream cheese, feta, parsley, salt, and a pinch of cayenne pepper thoroughly until creamy. Add a little water if desired. If desired, add garlic to taste. Pepper the salmon fillet on both sides and place in a greased baking dish. Spread with the cream cheese mixture. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 160°C (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven, remove the aluminum foil, sprinkle the fillets with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
