Mascarpone Lemon Cake

The perfect mascarpone lemon cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 5 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 packet Lemon zest
  1. Put the mascarpone and sugar in a bowl and beat until frothy. Add the eggs and stir in. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add and stir in. Finally stir in lemon juice and lemon zest. Put the dough in the prepared springform pan and smooth it out.
  2. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake for about 45-55 minutes. (Chopsticks sample) When the baking time is over, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin.
