Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g potatoes
- 110 g Cheddar cheese
- 30 g Parmesan
- 40 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg(s)
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Wash and boil the potatoes. Peel and mash them in a bowl. Add the Cheddar, Parmesan, crème fraîche, and egg and mix with the mashed potatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Pour the potato and cheese mixture into muffin tins. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 15 minutes.
