Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 g potato(s) (waxy)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preparation in the Thermomix “ingeniously delicious”

Peel and roughly chop the potatoes, and place them in the Thermomix sieve. Add 800 ml of water to the mixing bowl (until the screw is covered) and attach the sieve. 25 min./100°C/ – Test for doneness. Remove the sieve, discard the water, and return the potatoes to the mixing bowl. Add the sour cream and salt and chop on speed 2 (no higher, otherwise it will become slippery and tough). Remove the mixing bowl and scrape everything out from the bottom with a spatula. Repeat this 3-4 times. Season to taste. It’s sure to be delicious even without the Thermomix!
