Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • some soy milk (soy drink) (rice-soy drink), e.g. from Edeka
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegan, low fat, high carb, low histamine

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Boil them in salted water until they almost fall apart. Drain the water and mash the potatoes with a masher. At the same time, add the rice soy milk a little at a time until a nice mash forms. Season with salt and nutmeg.
