Mashed Potatoes with Parsley

The perfect mashed potatoes with parsley recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Floury potatoes
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
  • Broth
  • Nutmeg
  • 50 g Bacon
  1. Peel the potatoes, ginger and garlic.
  2. Chop the potatoes and garlic, grate the ginger.
  3. Finely cut the parsley stalks and cook everything covered with stock for 25 minutes. Season with nutmeg.
  4. Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips and fry slowly but crispy without fat.
  5. Roughly chop the parsley.
  6. Finely mash the potatoes, stir in the parsley and garnish with bacon.
