Mashed Potatoes with Parsley
The perfect mashed potatoes with parsley recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Floury potatoes
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 0,5 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
- Broth
- Nutmeg
- 50 g Bacon
- Peel the potatoes, ginger and garlic.
- Chop the potatoes and garlic, grate the ginger.
- Finely cut the parsley stalks and cook everything covered with stock for 25 minutes. Season with nutmeg.
- Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide strips and fry slowly but crispy without fat.
- Roughly chop the parsley.
- Finely mash the potatoes, stir in the parsley and garnish with bacon.
