Ingredients

  • 6 medium Potatoes
  • 5 Green asparagus
  • 50 g Butter
  • Salt
  • Ground mace
  • 1 bunch Parsely

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes, wash, cut in half, quarter and then cook in salted water.
  • Cut off the asparagus stalks about 2-3 cm at the bottom, wash and roughly cut into pieces and then add them 5 minutes before the potatoes are ready and simmer for the remaining minutes.
  • Drain - I catch the water and dab it in 🙂 - add the butter so that it becomes soft. Add salt and nutmeg and mash everything well. Finally just add the washed and coarsely chopped parsley and stir everything again.
  • 🙂 I deliberately did NOT use any milk, I would rather add some of the potato water if it gets too thick. Of course, everyone can change this for themselves.

Garnish :

  • There were stuffed hare back pieces
