Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- Berries, frozen
- 2 bananas
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 ml milk or plant milk of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Simply mix all ingredients in a blender or Thermomix and drink throughout the day to gain weight. The leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for about two days.
