Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ice cubes
  • 2 cl blood orange syrup
  • 4 cl orange juice
  • 8 cl sparkling mineral water
  • 250 ml Prosecco
  • 1 organic orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fill a glass with ice, slice about 1/4 of the orange into small slices, and add it to the glass. Then pour the blood orange syrup, orange juice, and sparkling mineral water over the glass, then top with the Prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice around the rim of the glass for a special touch, and a straw for stirring.
