  • 100 g soft dates, pitted
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process with a food processor. Transfer the crumbled mixture to a sealable jar. Rawnola is a great topping for muesli, porridge, and other delicious desserts. A quick tip: The mixture also easily forms into balls—ideal for making energy bites.
