Ingredients
 

  • 2 medium-sized Onion blue
  • 2 medium-sized Onion
  • 500 gr Yogurt 30%
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • 4 Herring freshly cut fish
  • 1 Lemon fresh
  • 4 normal size from the glass Cucumber
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel all onions and cut into rings. Cut the cucumber into small pieces. Peel and core the apple and cut into small pieces.
  • Put the yoghurt in a bowl (I use homemade yoghurt) it is also good with at least 3.5% fat. Now fold the sliced ​​onion, cucumber and apple into the yogurt.
  • Now chop the fresh chives on top and season with salt and pepper, add a little lemon juice and mix again. Now add the herring and cover with the yogurt. Now in the refrigerator and let it steep for at least 3 hours.
  • Taste again before consumption! We also eat jacket potatoes. Fried potatoes are also good (also very good).
