Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of Maultaschen, (Ready-made product)
  • 2 packs of tomatoes
  • 1 can peas
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated, optional
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • herbs (pizza herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

delicious, quick and uncomplicated

Cut the Maultaschen into strips and place them in a shallow baking dish. Season the passata with herbs, salt, and pepper, and pour over the Maultaschen. Cut the mozzarella into strips and arrange them on top. If desired, you can also sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned.
