Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g Maultasche(s) from the refrigerated section
- 1 zucchini
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ cup cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the Maultaschen into small pieces and place them in a baking dish. Puree the zucchini and bell pepper in a blender. Mix with egg and cream, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the Maultaschen. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until the cheese is melted. This sauce can be used for any casserole. This way, you can offer a variety of vegetables, especially for children who don’t like vegetables.
