Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp, heaped protein powder, of your choice
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- some stevia
- e.g. cinnamon
- ½ banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Low-carb, makes about 6 pieces
Slice the banana and mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour the resulting batter into a hot pan in portions and flip after a few minutes. This batch makes about six pancakes.
