Maultaschen in balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 Maultasche(n), cut into strips
  • 4 carrots, cut into sticks
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the Maultaschen in a pan with a little olive oil, turning occasionally. Then remove from the pan and sauté the diced carrots in a little water with granulated stock in the same pan, covered. Return the Maultaschen to the soft carrots. Heat everything together and season with salt, pepper, and plenty of balsamic vinegar.
