Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 small Maultaschen
- 3 onions
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp peppercorns, green, pickled
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Cut the Maultaschen into strips. Peel and finely chop the onions. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Clean the mushrooms and quarter or slice them. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Fry the onions, Maultaschen, and mushrooms for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the peppercorns, garlic, cream, and parsley, simmer briefly, and season with salt and pepper. It’s the perfect dish for guests. It’s quick and always a hit.
