Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can of pizza tomatoes
- 300 g Maultasche(s)
- 2 eggs
- some cream
- 150 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Place half of the tomatoes in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Slice the Maultaschen and arrange them on top. Whisk the eggs with the cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the Maultaschen. Distribute the remaining tomatoes on top and season. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
