Asian carrot spaghetti pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 6 carrots
  • 3 spring onions
  • 100 g spinach
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

Peel the carrots and spiralize them into carrot spaghetti, or use a vegetable slicer to make strips or tagliatelle. Combine half of the soy sauce with honey and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. If adding meat, marinate the desired amount in small cubes. Briefly fry the mixture in a non-stick pan. Add the sliced ​​spring onions and the carrot spaghetti, and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. Add the remaining soy sauce and spinach, season to taste, and sauté for a few minutes, depending on how firm the carrot spaghetti is.
