Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g Maultasche(s) with cream cheese filling, approx. 6 pieces
- 3 eggs
- 230 g creamed spinach
- 3 tsp Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, freshly grated

Cook the Maultaschen according to the package instructions until al dente. Then cut into strips. Mix the thawed creamed spinach with the eggs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Pour the spinach mixture into a greased baking dish and arrange the Maultaschen strips. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
