- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp, sautéed chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey

Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients in a sealable container and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
