Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 liter meat broth
- some butter
- marjoram
- 6 Maultaschen
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring the meat broth to a boil. Dissolve the butter in it and add the marjoram. Simmer the Maultaschen for about 20 minutes. The marjoram will float to the top in the fat in the butter.
