Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 Maultaschen (swabian dumplings), 60 g each
  • 3 onions, red
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Butter, as desired
  • n. B. Sea salt and pepper, from the mill
  • e.g. vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onions and sauté them in a little butter, seasoning with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the Maultaschen in the vegetable broth. When the onions are translucent, add a little sugar to caramelize them. Then remove the onions, toss the Maultaschen in a little butter in the pan, and season with freshly ground pepper. This goes perfectly with lamb’s lettuce.
