Pasta omelet with corn

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g spirals
  • 250 g leek
  • 150 g bacon cubes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can corn kernels (285 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g Emmental cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Trim and wash the leek and slice it into rings. Fry the bacon in hot oil. Peel the garlic and press it in. Add the leek and fry briefly. Add the drained pasta and corn and fry. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season generously with salt and pepper. Then pour over the pasta. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the mixture. Finally, cover and let it set over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
