Maxi Hamburger all-in

The perfect maxi hamburger all-in recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 650 g Fresh minced beef
  • 1 piece Bread roll
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 dl Milk
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Chilli powder
  • 1 glass Pickles
  • 4 piece Mushrooms brown
  • 4 piece Hamburger buns
  • 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 8 Discs Cooked bacon
  • 4 Discs Cheddar cheese
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  1. 1) Pluck the bread roll into small pieces and soak in milk. Then let it rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 1 onion into very fine pieces. Cut the other into wide slices. The sauce can also be made: Mix 3 tablespoons of ketchup with 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and season as required. 2) Knead minced beef, breadcrumbs, milk, pepper, salt, chilli powder, egg and onion pieces with (washed) hands to a mass and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 3) Make 4 meatballs of the same size. 4) Then chop the ingredients. Cucumber, mushrooms and lettuce. Briefly warm up 4 hamburger buns in the oven.
  3. 5) Fry the meat, mushrooms and bacon in a pan with a little olive oil. Finally, melt the cheddar on the meat. While frying, brush the lid and base with the homemade sauce.
  4. 6) Suggestion for burger structure: base – sauce – onions – cucumber – mushrooms – meat – cheese – salad – sauce – lid
