May Turn-radish Salad

The perfect may turn-radish salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size May beets
  • 8 Radish
  • 10 leaves Wild garlic fresh
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Chives
  • 50 ml Sour cream
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  1. Peel the beets – halve and cut into thin slices.
  2. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into thin slices.
  3. Put both in a bowl, mix well with salt and let it steep a little.
  4. Wash wild garlic and chives — cut into small pieces.
  5. Clean the spring onions and cut into small rings.
  6. Now pour off the resulting water from the May turnip radishes, mix in the wild garlic, chives and the spring onion
  7. Mix the sour cream with a little lemon, salt, pepper and a little sugar and mix with the salad — let it steep a little.
  8. I ate the salad as a low-carbohydrate dinner with half a turkey escalope – Bon appetit; 🙂
