Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ liter of oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super fast with hand blender

First, crack the eggs into a tall bowl, then pour in 1/4 liter of oil and add salt. Using a hand blender, start blending from the bottom up. Only when the eggs are thoroughly beaten (almost white) pull the hand blender upwards! Then add the remaining oil and blend again from the bottom up. You can also add a little mustard, if you like!
