- 4 piece Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Mayonnaise
- 1 piece Lemon
- 130 g Flour
- 90 g Strength
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 teaspoon Powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoon Butter for the mold
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Brush a bundt cake tin with enough butter and set aside.
- Separate the eggs for the dough and mix the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar, mayonnaise and the juice and zest of a lemon into a homogeneous mass. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder together and sieve onto the egg yolk mixture. Mix everything into a smooth dough. Then the egg whites are beaten until stiff and folded in. Pour the dough into the prepared form, smooth it out and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
