Mayonnaise, Done Quickly

The perfect mayonnaise, done quickly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Chicken eggs fresh
  • 300 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 3 Splash Lemon juice
  • 3 Pinches Salt
  • 3 Pinches Pepper
  1. Put the ingredients in a mixing bowl in the order given above (important: the eggs first). Insert the mixer all the way to the bottom, switch it on and then – not too quickly, but slowly – pull it up. As soon as everything is nice and firm and creamy, try and season to taste.
