Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 liters of water
  • 500 g soup meat
  • 1 celery
  • 3 carrots
  • ¼ leek(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 peppercorns
  • n. B. Salt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • e.g. chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Clean and peel the vegetables. Then, cover all ingredients in a large pot with water and simmer for at least 2 hours. At the end of the cooking time, the vegetables can be strained or removed. For a vegetarian version, simply omit the meat.
