Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g beef
- 2 onions
- 200 ml vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 2 hours 15 minutes
Cook the beef until it’s almost falling apart. Then let it cool and cut into bite-sized strips. Peel the onions and dice them into small pieces. Place the meat and onions in a bowl with the vinegar and season with salt, pepper, sugar, and Maggi to taste. Let it sit overnight, but it’s not necessary.
