You will need a cake ring with a diameter of 16 cm and a height of 8 cm. For the dough, mix together the flour, yeast, salt, and a little oregano or other herbs. Then add the lukewarm water and olive oil. Knead the dough with a hand mixer and let it rest in a warm place for at least 1 hour. Divide the dough into 5 pieces and roll them out to the size of the cake ring. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Now alternate layers of a piece of dough, some Napolitana sauce, corn, peppers, oregano, and cheese. On the fifth and final layer of dough, however, only add Napolitana sauce and a generous portion of cheese. Finally, place the pizza pie in the oven at 170 °C (top/bottom heat) for about 90 minutes.
