Ingredients

Meat cheese muffins:

  • 300 g Meat meat loaf or meat loaf
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • 50 g Fried onions + some oil for the pan

Bell Pepper Potatoes:

  • 1 Kg New, small potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Ajvardipp:

  • 300 g Low fat yogurt
  • 200 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 2 tsp Hot pepper pulp (Ajvar)
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • Muffin pan

Better meat cheese than meat loaf:

  • I prefer the meat loaf, there is usually no or
  • Only little liver in it! Has a milder taste! 😉

Instructions

Meat cheese muffins:

  • Knead the meat loaf, cheese and fried onions well in a bowl. Grease the muffin mold and distribute the sausage meat evenly on 6 molds and press firmly! Of course you can do whatever you want in the bread, depending on your taste!

Paprika potatoes:

  • Clean, wash and halve the potatoes! Mix in a bowl with paprika, salt and oil. I PREPARED THE POTATOES IN TEFAL'S ACTIFRY! HOT AIR FRYER! 45 MINUTES!
  • Without the hot air fryer, the potatoes can be in the oven 15 minutes before the muffins! Preheat the oven to 200 degrees! Place the potatoes on a baking sheet with parchment paper and put in the oven! After 15 minutes, turn the oven back to 180 degrees and add the muffins. Bake everything for another 30 minutes!

Ajvardipp:

  • Mix the yoghurt, sour cream with ajvar, garlic pepper and herbal salt! Let it go until you eat!
  • Remove the muffins from the mold. Spread over three plates, potatoes too, put dip in bowls and serve everything !!!!
