Ingredients

  • 300 g Kassel cutlet
  • 2 ripe Nectarines
  • 3 Piri piri chili pepper
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 100 ml Children Tea
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

preparation

  • Halve the nectarines, remove the stone and cut the fruit into narrow wedges. Cut the chillies into rings. Halve the mozzarella and slice thinly.

preparation

  • Fry Kassler in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, remove from the pan and keep warm in the oven at 50 °. Fry the chillies. Add the nectarines and sauté briefly while stirring. Deglaze with the liquid. The bottle of children's punch was just open and at hand. Alternatively, currant juice, grape juice, red wine or mulled wine are also safe.
  • Season with a little salt and more pepper. Simmer the sauce on a low flame for 5 minutes and reduce for 5 minutes at the highest level. Fold in the mozzarella, put a lid on the pan and let the cheese melt for 5 minutes. Place the cutlets on the plate and cover with the sauce.

annotation

  • With baguette, french fries or boiled potatoes, the amount is surely enough for 2 people. I actually wanted to eat it twice, but I couldn't stop. The mozzarella takes some chilli heat out again, but the dish is not for wimps. ;-))
