Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g celery
- 2 rolls, stale
- 300 g onion(s)
- 750 g minced meat (beef or mixed)
- 4 eggs
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 class can/n Tomato paste (70 g)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Grease for the tray
- 500 g zucchini
- 500 g tomatoes, peeled
- 1 cup of yogurt (10%)
- ½ cup whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Peel and finely dice the celery. Soak the bread roll in cold water. Peel and dice two onions. Knead the minced meat with one egg, diced onion and celery, squeezed bread rolls, chopped parsley, tomato paste, and paprika. Season with salt, pepper, and mustard. Roll out the meat dough on a greased baking sheet. Peel the remaining onions and slice into rings. Slice the washed zucchini and peeled tomatoes. Spread the vegetables over the minced meat. Place the tray in the oven, set to 200°C top/bottom heat (gas mark 3), and bake for 20 minutes. Mix the remaining eggs with the yogurt and cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables and bake for a further 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
