Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g meat sausage
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 gherkins
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise, from the jar or homemade
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the sausage into thin sticks. Hard-boil the egg, peel it, and finely dice it. Finely dice the gherkins. Mix everything with the mayonnaise and let it marinate in the refrigerator. If you like, you can also add some shallots and/or a few drops of lemon juice.
