  • 150 g meat sausage
  • 3 gherkins
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

As a delicious spread

Cut the sausage, onion, and cucumber into very small cubes. Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream and a little pickle juice. Mix the finely diced ingredients with the sauce and season with salt. Enjoy as a spread on bread.
