Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon zest, grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 400 g plum(s)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g double cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • 80 g almonds, grated
  • 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter

For the base, knead the flour with 120g butter, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and salt into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in aluminum foil and let it rest for half an hour. Then grease a 26cm springform pan and line the bottom and sides with the dough. Mix the cream with Philadelphia cream cheese, custard powder, and 5 tablespoons of sugar. Pit the plums. Lightly toast the almonds in 1 tablespoon of melted butter in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the cinnamon, and toast everything over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Spread the Philadelphia cream on the dough base, place the plums on top, and scatter the almond mixture over the plums. Bake in the oven at 180°C on the middle rack for 45 minutes.
