Meat sausage – Gyros

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 3 onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp salt (gyro seasoning salt)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the sausage into thick strips. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Brown the sausage vigorously in the oil, then remove. Brown the onion in the frying fat. Add the sausage, garlic, and gyro seasoning and mix well. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve. Serve with flatbread and homemade tzatziki or herb curd, and of course, a delicious coleslaw.
