- 500 g Pork belly
- 1 tbsp Lard / fat
- 300 g Diced onion
- 4 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Tablespoon (level) Caraway seeds
- 1 Msp Red chilli flakes
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 l Meatsoup
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 shot Sour cream
- Lingonberry jelly
- Parry the meat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Salt and pepper.
- Heat the lard in a saucepan, stir in the meat, onions, garlic, caraway seeds, tomato paste and bell pepper and sear everything. Gradually pour in the broth and cook covered on a low heat until soft until you can no longer see the onions. Make a cooking test and season to taste.
