  • 500 g Pork belly
  • 1 tbsp Lard / fat
  • 300 g Diced onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Caraway seeds
  • 1 Msp Red chilli flakes
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 l Meatsoup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 shot Sour cream
  • Lingonberry jelly
  1. Parry the meat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the lard in a saucepan, stir in the meat, onions, garlic, caraway seeds, tomato paste and bell pepper and sear everything. Gradually pour in the broth and cook covered on a low heat until soft until you can no longer see the onions. Make a cooking test and season to taste.
