Rocket Pesto with Chilli

The perfect rocket pesto with chilli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Red Hot peppers
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 75 g Gran Padano
  • 20 g Pine nuts
  • Salt
  • Pesto
  • Pasta of your choice
  1. Carefully wash the rocket and drain. In the meantime, cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Quarter the garlic clove. Now, one after the other, put the rocket, then the oil and then all the other ingredients in the blender. Chop everything up finely and season to taste. Cook the pasta of your choice until firm to the bite and drain, mix the pasta with the pesto and serve on plates. As you can see in the pictures, I served a few more prawns.
