Meatball casserole with cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of fresh yeast dough (for Sunday rolls)
  • 780 g tomato sauce with herbs
  • 500 g meatballs, frozen
  • 400 g mozzarella, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Unwrap the yeast dough and cut each portion into 6 pieces. Place in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce over the dough and mix with the yeast dough pieces. Place the meatballs in the sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
