Meatball skewers with pineapple and grapes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 stale roll
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 100 g oil, for frying
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 500 g green grapes
  • 1 bunch of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finger food

Soak the dry bread roll in warm water. Peel and finely dice the onion. Place the minced meat and diced onion in a bowl. Add the squeezed-out bread roll and egg to the minced meat mixture and mix everything well with a fork. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat the oil in a pan and form the minced meat mixture into small balls. Flatten them slightly and fry in the hot oil or fat for 10-15 minutes. Place on a board and let cool. Drain the pineapple slices well and cut into pieces suitable for the meatballs. Place a meatball on each pineapple piece and secure with a toothpick. Wash and dry the grapes. Then skewer them on the toothpick.
