“Best Frikadells in Town”

Dice the garlic and onion and fry them in a pan with a little butter. You can also add both to the meat mixture without frying them. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and knead. Add the onion and garlic to the meat mixture while still warm. Form the mixture into small meatballs and cook in a pan with butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally. The meatballs make a great snack for a party; they’re also great eaten cold; thanks to the baking powder, they won’t dry out. They go best with potato salad.
